Be well.

be whole.

be free.

Mental Health Campaign for Black Men in Minneapolis and St. Paul

ABOUT the campaign

"For we are God's masterpiece..." Ephesians 2:10

Our mission is to provide free access to therapy services  for Black Men in the Twin Cities, for the sole purpose of seeing Black Men be WELL, be WHOLE and be FREE.

Black Men, those who identify as African-American, African, Caribbean, Afro-Latino and/or Biracial are less likely to have access to mental health services and needed medical care than any other race, although they endure more racial discrimination and criminalization than other people in America. This is also the case for Trans Men as well.

Black Men deserve the choice to experience the healing power of therapy without the burden of costs and stigma. We also understand the importance of having a culturally competent therapist.

It is a vital yet often forgotten form of justice

and reformation of our mental health care system.
